Wednesday, January 2, 2019:

-Chelsea signed the American Christian Pulisic from Dortmund. He has been loaned back to the German side until the end of the season. (Source BBC Football Online)

-Cardiff are to investigate a complaint of bullying against their U-18 coach, the Welshman Craig Bellamy. (Source The Guardian online)

-Jos Luhukay has been dismissed as Sheffield Wednesday Manager. He has been replaced by Steve Bruce. (Source Sky Sports online)

-Former French Player Claude Makelele has criticized Paul Pogba for his dances after scoring. He believes this shows a lack of respect to the opposition. (Source L’Équipe online)


Thursday, January 3, 2019:

- Craig Bellamy stepped down from his U-18 Management position at Cardiff following bullying claims. He has denied the charges and plans to fight them. (Source BBC Football online)

-Charlie Austin (Southampton) has been charged by the FA after making an obscene gesture towards Manchetser City fans last weekend. (Source Reuters UK online)

-The proposed Loan of Liverpool’s Dominic Solanke to Crystal Palace failed due to the player’s injury. (Source vi.nl online)

-Chelsea Manager Maurizio Sarri stated that he had not been informed of the club’s intent to sign Pulisic. (Source Daily Mail online)

Saturday, January 5, 2019:

-Cardiff Manager Neil Warnock has accused Liverpool and Nathaniel Clyne for a lack of class. He claims that Clyne had been promised to him, but the club and player made a U-turn and joined Bournemouth instead. (Source Sky Sports Online)
