Switzerland won the Miami Cup Tournamnet involving hosts USA, Colombia and Bayern Munich as well.
France won a key Euro qualifier vs. Spain (3-1) that virtually eliminated Spain from the Euros.
In a rematch of the previous World Cup Quarterfinal, England defeated Cameroon (2-0).
Alfio Basile made his debut as Argentina Manager in a win over Hungary (2-0).
