International Season of 1991/92, Part 4 (November 1991)

 

November

France defeated Iceland (3-1) to win its eighth consecutive Euros qualifier. They won every match in the Group.

USSR, Ygoslavia, Scotland qualified for the Euros as did England by tying (1-1) in Poland.

Arrigo Sacchi made his debut as Italy National Team Manager in a qualifier vs. Norway (1-1). Gianfranco Zola and Alessandro Costacurta made their International débuts. Carlo Ancelotti played his last match for Italy.

Uli Stilieke managed for the last time for Switzerland.

César Luis Menotti made his debut as Mexico National Team Manager.
