For this episode, we interview Mr. Patrick Horne to discuss his book ‘Black Pioneers of the North American Soccer League (1968-1984)’

Mr. Horne is an author, a freelance sports journalist, teacher and a college soccer coach from New York City. He has covered the 1994 World Cup and a regular column on cricket for American Newspaper Newsday. He has also reported on the MLS and CONCACACF competitions for Caribbean life newspaper.

Mr. Horne also played in the old North American Soccer League (NASL) in the 70s.

In our discussion on Mr Horne’s book we hope to learn more about the history of the NASL and the players involved.
