International Season 1978/79, Part 7 (March 1979)


March

Ladislao Kubala was back in Czechoslovakia for the first time since 1946, as he managed Spain in a friendly loss (0-1) in  Bratislava.
Tsvetan Ilchev managed Bulgaria for the last time, though he remained as Olympic coach. Yanko Dinkov took charge for the first time as Bulgaria Manager.
