1- Miguel and Pepe Reina
1960s and 70s Spanish goalkeeper Miguel Reina is the father of current AC Milan goalkeeper and former Napoli and Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina

2- Andres and Ignacio Prieto
1940s and 50s Chilean Forward Andres Prieto and 1960s and 70s Chilean player Ignacio Prieto were brothers. They both represented their Nation in the 1950 and 1966 World Cups respectively.

3- Safet Susic and Tino-Sven Susic
Safet Susic, 1970s into the 90s Yugoslavia midfielder is the uncle of 2010s Bosnian and current VVV-Venlo midfielder Tino-Sven Susic.
Safet Susic managed his nephew in the 2014 World Cup.

4- Samir and Jasmin Handanovic
Current Slovenian goalkeepers Samir and Jasmin Handanovic are cousins. They have both represented their Nation at International level.

1960s and 70s Belgian midfielder Jan Verheyen is the father of 80 into 2000s Belgian striker Gert Verheyen.
