As an Australian, I found the article about the 1977 World Cup qualifier with Iran very interesting. There is an interesting postscript regarding Australian defender Peter Wilson. For many years he has been living in seclusion on the coast south of Sydney, and has refused all media interviews, as well as not attending any reunions of former Australian players.
